Hierarchical WBS tree

Collapsible sidebar with descriptive labels ("KM — Project Key Dates & Summary Activities"), not just codes. Expand or filter to any depth.

Validator stripes

Per-activity stripes coloured by framework. See at a glance which activities fail SOMA's checks, DCMA's, CIOB's or Acumen's.

Critical-path bars

Distinct fill for critical activities. Milestone diamonds for zero-duration tasks. Lock icons for MSO/MFO constraints.

Open-end markers

Activities with no predecessor or successor are flagged inline. Dangling outline. Negative-lag connectors highlighted.

Out-of-sequence indicators

Activities progressing despite incomplete predecessors are tagged. Reportable, fixable, traceable.

Hatch overlay for non‑risk‑loadable

Summaries, milestones, and locked activities are shown with a hatch fill. They never enter the Monte Carlo by accident.
